PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor IC whose pattern noise is small. SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit is provided with a sample-and-hold circuit which inputs an optical signal obtained after accumulating electrical charges generated by a light entering a photoelectric conversion means and a reference signal which becomes a reference of the photoelectric conversion means in divided two periods, the first half period and the second half period and which samples the inputted signal in the first half period and holds in the second half period, a subtractor which takes out a difference between the signal after the sample hold and the input signal, and a circuit clamping the signal from the subtractor in the first half period.
