PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold connection structure of light weight and long working life. SOLUTION: This exhaust manifold connection structure 10 has a ferrite stainless cast steel exhaust manifold 16 and an austenite stainless cast steel supercharger housing 12 connected by a connection pipe 14. The connection pipe 14 is composed of a manifold side connection pipe part 18 formed as one body with the exhaust manifold 16, a supercharger side connection pipe part 20 formed as one body with the supercharger housing 12 and a connection part 22 connecting the manifold side connection pipe part 18 and the supercharger side connection pipe part 20. The connection part 22 is formed by one of TIG welding, MIG welding, laser welding and electron beam welding with using filler metal of nickel equivalent 60 or higher. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
