PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration isolator capable of sufficiently reducing abnormal noise. SOLUTION: This liquid-sealed vibration isolator comprises a first mounting device, a second mounting device, a vibration isolating base body, a diaphragm, a partition body, and an orifice. The partition body is formed of an elastic partition film 15, a first lattice member, and a second lattice member. A rib group 50 is projectedly formed on each face of the elastic partition films 15, and the rib group 50 comprises a plurality of annular first ribs 51 concentrically positioned to the axis O of the elastic partition film 15 and a plurality of second ribs 52 radially positioned to the axis O. The second ribs 52 are distributedly disposed all the periphery of the elastic partition film 15 around the axis of the elastic partition film 15 by a plurality of pieces for each clearance between the pair of first ribs 51 adjacent to each other.
