PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that data cannot be transmitted and received between two or more data transmission/reception devices, because IP addresses of the two or more devices are changed if they move. SOLUTION: In an information processing system comprising a first terminal, a first communication device of first kind, a first communication device of second kind , a second communication device of second kind, a second communication device of first kind, and a second terminal, management data in destination devices in the second communication device of the second kind and the second communication device of the first kind may be reduced by performing short range radio communication between the first terminal and the first communication device of the first kind, socket communication between the first communication device of the first kind and the first communication device of the second kind, IP level communication between the first communication device of the second kind and the second communication device of the second kind, socket transmission between the second communication device of the second kind and the second communication device of the first kind, and data transmission/reception by short range radio communication between the second communication device of the first kind and the second terminal.
