PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cut-off device allowing easy battery replacement and setting work on site. SOLUTION: The gas cut-off device is composed of a microcomputer 13 outputting a voltage detection signal G to a low voltage detecting part 5 when a battery replacement signal C outputted from a function confirming part 11 is received, reading a setting content B from a setting storage part 9, and determining soundness of a cutoff valve driving circuit 6 after battery replacement when a valve circuit normal signal E or a valve circuit malfunction signal D sent from a valve detecting part 11 is received.
