摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently regenerate an amine liquid containing an acid component and modified products such as an amine oxide and the like using an ion exchange resin by a simple apparatus and a simple operation to obtain a regenerated amine liquid containing a small amount of modified product such as an amine oxide and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A rich amine liquid, obtained by bringing an acidic gas into contact with an amine liquid in an absorption column 11 thereby absorptively removing an acid component, is primarily regenerated in a generation column 12, and the resultant lean amine liquid is circulated to the absorption column 11, while a part of the lean amine liquid is secondarily regenerated by means of a cation exchange resin layer 5a and an anion exchange resin layer 6a and is circulated to the absorption column. In the secondary regeneration step of amines, the lean amine liquid is made to flow through until the amount thereof reaches at most 75-85 vol.% of the amount of the lean amine liquid that can be made to flow through until a first anion exchange resin layer 6a reaches a break-through point where an anion constituting a thermally stable amine salt leaks, and then the effluent liquid from the first anion exchange resin layer 6a is made to flow through to a second anion exchange resin layer 7a, and when the first anion exchange resin layer 6a reaches the break-through point, the first anion exchange layer 6a is regenerated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
