PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call a speaking party from a telephone set of an arbitrary telephone number other than a termination enable telephone number which is registered beforehand in a termination destination. SOLUTION: This caller telephone number converting method includes a first step of registering an identification key of a caller inputted from a call source telephone set and a telephone number to be reported to a call destination telephone set in a user information database, and a second step of receiving a telephone number conversion service request from an arbitrary call source telephone set after registration and determining whether or not the identification key of the caller inputted from the relevant call source telephone set is registered in the user information database. Further, the method comprises a third step of receiving a call destination telephone number from the arbitrary call source telephone set only when user identification is affirmed, and converting the telephone number of the relevant arbitrary call source telephone set into the telephone number which is registered in the user information database to be reported to the call destination, and a fourth step of originating a call with the converted notice telephone number added thereto to the telephone number of the call destination telephone number received in the third step.
