PAPER CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A paper container and a method of manufacturing the paper container enabling the use of most disposable paper tableware used in a stand-up dinner party as recycled resources, wherein when material paper is formed in a tableware shape, thick paper and thin paper are overlapped with each other, and the overlapped paper is inserted between the core and the cavity of a metal mold for molding and compression-molded. By this, since wrinkles occurring in the thin paper are inserted into the wrinkled portions of the thin paper on the rise side wall surfaces of the paper tableware, the tableware formed in double parts not separated easily from each other can be provided. The tableware thus obtained can be used for eating and drinking by putting seasoned food therein, the thick paper portion and the thin paper portion of the tableware can be separated from each other after use, and the thin portion can be classified as a contaminated matter and the thick paper portion can be classified as a recyclable waste before dumping.
