PURPOSE: An emergency rescue request service system using a wireless communication terminal, and a method thereof are provided to enable a victim to inform his/her family or a rescue institution of the current position of the victim, a kind of rescue, and a pre-registered message by using an ERS(Emergency Rescue Service) communication terminal under the condition that the victim has a difficulty in talking over the telephone, thereby effectively rescuing the victim. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit of an ERS system(140) receives emergency rescue request information from a wireless communication terminal(110). A deciding unit decides a rescue organ(150) according to the emergency rescue request information. A transmitting unit transmits the emergency rescue request information to the decided rescue organ(150).
