PURPOSE: A refill film for a garbage disposing device, a cassette for accepting a refill film, and a portable garbage disposing bag are provided to remove the need for the cassette to be discarded and to reduce garbage and cost since the refill film for the garbage disposing device can be repetitively used for the garbage disposing device. CONSTITUTION: A refill film for a garbage disposing device comprises a film(15k) and a packing material(21). The film is folded so that a cylindrical film is reduced. The packing material enables the film to be packed in a state the central hole of the film is open, and thus maintains the reduced state. The packing material comprises a cutting line for enabling the packing material to be cut. The packing material is formed from paper, fiber or resin film.
