PURPOSE: A school broadcasting automation operating system and a method for operating the same are provided to easily operate a complex school broadcasting apparatus with a computer by interworking the computer with the school broadcasting apparatus, thereby efficiently operating the school broadcasting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A school broadcasting apparatus(100) includes a voice broadcasting element(110) transmitting voice broadcasting using a voice and time signal broadcasting, and a video broadcasting element(120) transmitting video broadcasting using video. A control computer(210) controls broadcasting operation of the school broadcasting apparatus(100), and controls inspection and environment setup of the school broadcasting apparatus(100), and controls storage, generation, and transmission of multimedia broadcasting data transmitted through the school broadcasting apparatus(100). An interface element(300) is connected with a control terminal of the school broadcasting apparatus(100), and is connected with the control computer in serial communication, and analyzes a control signal transmitted from the control computer(210) for setting up the school broadcasting apparatus(100). The interface element(300) inspects a state of the school broadcasting apparatus(100) for transmitting a result of the inspection to the control computer(210), and connects to transmit data transmitted from the control computer(210) to the school broadcasting apparatus(100).
