PURPOSE: A three-dimensional flower arrangement device is provided to express the all-directional beauty by allowing the flower arrangement from all directions, to produce the various arrangements according to the desired angle without any restriction of installation place, and to raise the aestheticism by allowing the three-dimensional effect. CONSTITUTION: The three-dimensional flower arrangement device includes: a connection unit with an elasticity; many rotary balls(10), connected with each other by means of the connection unit so as to form many rows of the rotary balls(10); a frame(51), on which many rows of the rotary balls(10) are laminated in a parallel manner to each other so that the upper and lower rows are separated from each other; and many supporting members(50), configured so that the upper and lower rows are crossed to each other, and connected to each other so as to form a three-dimensional shape. The shape of the frame(51) and the supporting members(50) is triangle.
