TFT PANEL AND AN LCD INCLUDING THE SAME FOR FORMING A STABLE MULTIPLE DOMAIN

PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) panel and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including the same are provided to form a stable multiple domain and to secure a display characteristic even though a panel of a large size is manufactured. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(121) is formed on an insulation substrate and has a gate electrode(123). A gate insulation film is formed on the gate line. A semiconductor layer is formed on the gate insulation film. A data line(171) has two or more curved portions, a portion crossed by the gate line, and a source electrode(173) is contacted with the semiconductor layer. A drain electrode(175) is positioned oppositely to the source electrode at the center of the gate electrode and contacted with the semiconductor layer. A passivation film covers the semiconductor layer. A pixel electrode(190) is connected with the drain electrode. The side of the pixel electrode adjacent to the data line is curved along the data line.
