PURPOSE: A low sound compensation and a noise elimination system of a car audio apparatus and a method thereof are provided to eliminate noises generated when a car is in a drive or idle state by mixing audio signals with masker sound and to compensate a low sound band so that it can enhance a high quality sound. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a key input module(10), a drive(40), a masker storage(30), a mixer(50), an amplifier(60), and a controller(20). The key input module(10) inputs key signals for operating a audio apparatus. The drive(40) receives radio broadcasting signals or reads sound source information stored in a recording medium. The masker storage(30) applies a masking effect to a noise level and a sound source level, and stores a masker compressed by an MP3 scheme. The mixer(50) mixes the sound signals with the masker, and outputs the sound signals in which noises are eliminated. The amplifier(60) amplifies the signals of the mixer(50) to a set level, and outputs the amplified signals via a speaker. The controller(20) controls an overall operation to output the sound.
