<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi allocation system and allocation method, allowing easy calling of a taxi. <P>SOLUTION: A management center acquires a telephone number according to a taxi allocation request of a taxi user by a telephone, and transmits an electronic mail with a URL to an electronic mail address of the taxi user (S43). The user accesses the URL to input taxi allocation conditions (S26), and the taxi allocation conditions are distributed to a plurality of taxi companies (S46). The management center selects a suitable taxi from taxi information satisfying the taxi allocation conditions from the taxi companies (S50), notifies the taxi user of it, and inform the taxi side that the taxi is selected (S51).
