METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CHARCOAL USING FOOD GARBAGE EFFECTIVELY AND SHORTLY THROUGH CRUSHING, SEPARATING AND PULVERIZING, DEWATERING, QUANTITATIVE DISCHARGING, DRYING, SORTING, CARBONIZING, THROWING AND CHARCOAL FORMING STEPS

PURPOSE: To provide a method and apparatus for efficiently manufacturing charcoal having good quality using food garbage within a short time by efficiently sorting dried material into combustible and incombustible, easily supplying dried material to a drum sorter and a continuous dry distillation type carbonization machine, and recycling dry distilled gas released from the carbonization machine in high speed hot blast dryer. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing charcoal using food garbage comprises a storage hopper(10) for storing collected food garbage and discharging it by a transfer screw(12); a crusher(20) for crushing a lump of food garbage supplied through a transfer means(T) in a granule shape; a separation pulverizer(30) for separating foreign materials from food garbage and pulverizing food garbage again by a plurality of pulverizing blades mounted on a transfer screw rotated at high speed in a housing; a pressing type dewaterer(40) for pressing the pulverized material to dewater water contained in pulverized material supplied through a transfer means(T) and discharging water; a quantitative discharging hopper(50) for discharging the dewatered pulverized material supplied through a transfer means(T) in a fixed quantity by a quantitative transfer screw; a high speed hot blast dryer(60) for drying the fixed quantity of pulverized material supplied through a transfer means(T) in a rotary drum into which hot blast is supplied at high speed; a drum sorter(70) for discharging the incombustible to the outside and supplying the combustible to the combustible quantitative discharger after separating the dried material supplied through transfer means(T) into combustible and incombustible by centrifugal separation in a rotary perforated drum; a combustible quantitative discharger(70A) for storing the sorted combustible and discharging a fixed quantity of the combustible; a dry distillation type carbonization machine(80) for carbonizing the fixed quantity of combustible supplied through a transfer means(T) by dry distillation; and a charcoal former(90) for forming the carbonized carbide supplied by a transfer means(T) into charcoal.
