SOIL NAIL OF A HIGH DENSITY PE PIPE AND PRESSURE GROUTING SOIL NAILING METHOD THEREOF WITHOUT USING AN ADDITIONAL PIPE IN GROUTING

PURPOSE: A pressure grouting soil nailing method using a soil nail of a high density PE pipe is provided to cut down the construction cost by simplifying a working progress by making a PE pipe function as a grouting pipe. CONSTITUTION: The pressure grouting soil nailing method using a soil nail of a high density PE pipe comprises the steps of: perforating holes on a slope; inserting and anchoring a soil nail(10), which is made of high density PE(Polyethylene) pipe and provided with steel wires(11) inserted longitudinally to a wall of a pipe at regular intervals, grouting holes(15) formed on a wall of a pipe to penetrate the inside and the outside and spacers(17) installed longitudinally on the outside of a pipe at regular intervals, to the hole; grouting primarily by filling up the hole and an external space of the soil nail(10) with filler; grouting secondarily by filling up the inside of the soil nail(10) with filler under pressure; and after grouting primarily and secondarily, tensioning the soil nail(10).
