PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top face sealed box which can be sealed/locked using inside and outside flaps without using a sealing. SOLUTION: This relates to a top face sealed box provided with a pair of facing inside flaps to be inwardly folded and a pair of facing outside flaps to be folded on top of the inside flaps. The top part of a box body is sealed with an opening therein in a condition where the four flaps are folded. A cut groove 20a/20b is formed near one corner of the tip end of the inside flaps, and a weak line 21a/21b is formed by a folding line or a cut line whose end is connected with the groove 20a, 20b. One notch fitting part 30a/30b which can be inserted in the groove to be engaged is formed near one corner of the outside flaps. The outside edge of the groove of the inside flaps folded under the outside flaps in top face sealing is folded upward through the weak line, and the fitting part is inserted in the groove to lock the inside flaps and the outside flaps.
