ANTISTATIC FUNCTIONAL FILM HAVING ENDURANCE, HIGH STRENGTH, AND STATIC DISPERSION PROPERTY BY INJECTING ION BEAMS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An antistatic functional film is provided by irradiating ion beams on the surfaces of a film, which has endurance, high strength, and a static dispersion property and is used for packing electronic parts, semiconductors, and daily necessaries. CONSTITUTION: The antistatic functional film is produced by irradiating the ion beams(7), generated from ion sources(6) mounted to the upper and lower parts, on the upper and lower surfaces of a film(3) under vacuum, wherein the film(3) is produced by laminating a polyethylene resin, a nylon resin, and the polyethylene resin in order. The produced film has a surface electric resistance of less than 10¬9ohm/sq.
