<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable type resin composition capable of forming a cured layer having excellent flexibility, toughness and adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The polyfunctional (meth)acrylic acid ester is obtained by reacting a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate with an acid anhydride, and further reacting the product with an epoxy group-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester.
