PURPOSE: A concrete surface layer structure using permeable waterproof agent, lightweight adiabatic mortar and dew condensation preventive paints is provided to heighten work efficiency and to shorten a working process by unifying an adiabatic member and protective mortar into lightweight adiabatic mortar, to reduce the load of a building and to prevent the dew condensation by thermal insulation. CONSTITUTION: The concrete surface layer structure using permeable waterproof agent, lightweight adiabatic mortar and dew condensation preventive paints comprises; an organic/inorganic silica permeable waterproofed layer(3) applied on the upper side of a concrete structure(4); an adiabatic mortar layer(2) applied on the organic/inorganic silica permeable waterproofed layer(3); and an aqueous dew condensation preventive paints layer(1) applied on the upper side of the adiabatic mortar layer(2). The organic/inorganic silica permeable waterproofed layer(3) is composed by mixing 30¯50 weight percent cement, 20¯40 weight percent silica sand, 5¯10 weight percent Amorphous silicate, 1¯3 weight percent high molecular solid resins and 3¯10 weight percent Amorphous silicon oxide, the lightweight adiabatic mortar layer(2) is composed by mixing 8¯15 weight percent Perlite, 55¯65 weight percent organic/inorganic silica permeable waterproof agent, 5¯10 weight percent acryl emulsion and 15¯25 weight percent water, and the dew condensation preventive paints(1) are made by mixing 55¯60 weight percent acryl copolymer emulsion, 2¯5 weight percent special powder which is formed by coating the surface of polyacryl nitrile high-molecular materials with calcium carbonate, 25¯35 weight percent filler, 5¯10 weight percent pigments, 1¯5 weight percent dispersants and 1¯5 weight percent antifoaming agent.
