PURPOSE: A small-sized camera apparatus for an information communication apparatus is provided to construct a driving member in order to be driven by a low magnetic force generated between a magnet and a coil, thereby miniaturizing the size of the camera apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor is fixed to a casing(100). A fixing lens group is fixed to the casing and there optical axes are aligned to the image sensor with a constant distance. A moving lens group is guided toward the optical axis between the image sensor and the fixing lens group. A guide shaft(200) is fixed to the casing toward the optical axis. The first optical tube has the moving lens group and a guide hole penetrated by the guide shaft. A magnet(140) is fixed to the first optical tube and has a polarity divided toward the optical shaft. A pair of coils(160) are mounted to both ends of a path for moving the magnet, respectively and generate magnetic fields toward the magnet side when current is applied. A control member applies the current to the coils and moves the moving lens group.
