The device has a set of two pinions (1, 2) with non-coagulated coupling. The pinion (1) is rotatably driven by a belt (5) mounted on a mandrel of a machine. The pinion (2) rests on the pinion (1) by the force of two springs (3, 4) which prevent the pinions from contacting. The pinion (2) has a gorge which permits a stud of the set to remove a plastic film stuck on the pinion (2).
