PURPOSE:To eliminate loss of information, by performing the by-pass operation after data stored in the station disappears for by-pass of one station in the system where information processing stations are connected successively. CONSTITUTION:Station control unit Sc is connected to information processing devices D1-Dn and communication units Ta and Tb through bus B. Meanwhile, transmission lines La and Lb are connected to other stations. When the power failure detecting circuit and so on are operated, unit Sc issues the by-pass command to inhibit acceptance of new data from its own station and transfers the by-pass command to control units of other stations to inhibit acceptance of new data. Consequently, data held in communication unit Ta and so on disappears after a prescribed time, and therefore, data information is not lost even if switches Ra and Rb are switched. |
