PURPOSE:To prevent gas from being introduced to the side of a surface to which beautifulness of the surface of a molded form is requested by a method wherein an opening and closing valve is provided on an enclosed mold and the gas is introduced into a predetermined part through this opening and closing valve. CONSTITUTION:The valve body 7 is provided on a male mold 5 at the end part of a mating part between a female mold 2 and the male mold 5 and after the injection of liquid material 6 is finished, especially, when the flow of the liquidous polyurethane material is stopped, the gas such as air or the like is introduced inbetween the male mold 5 and the injected liquidous material 6 by moving the valve body 7 quickly. The injected liquidous material 6 is introduced inbetween the valve body 7 and the female mold 2 in some degree and thus the invasion of the gas inbetween the liquidous material 6 and the female mold 2 is prevented. |
