PURPOSE:To maintain the control characteristics for feeding the remaining liquid stably and satisfactorily by integrating the deviation of the flow rate signal detected from the liquid feed piping of a boiling water type atomic power plant or the like and a set value and excluding the piping system that exceeds a critical level. CONSTITUTION:A water feed piping is connected with a water feed pump at one end and is connected with a vessel to be injected with water or the like at the other hand, and a branch line is provided on the way. Such piping systems are controlled by flow rate controllers 20A-20C and an abnormality monitoring controller 30. If with such constitution, a flow rate regulating valve gets stuck, the deviation between the flow rate signal S1a and the set signal S5a of the controller 20A increases and the deviation signal S6a increases via a flow rate detecting element and a signal generator, and these are integrated 41A by the controller 30. When this integrated value exceeds the set value having been applied to a terminal T4, the signal S8a is outputted and abnormality processing 51A is accomplished. The full close instruction signal S4a of the system A and the control constant change instruction signals S7b, S7c for the other systems are applied, whereby the system A is excluded and the stable and satisfactory control is thus accomplished. |
