FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce a sclerosing agent followed by compression of sclerosing area, moreover, one should perform subdermal injection of 5-10 ml 0.25%-novocaine solution under vascular "asterisk" at creating Novocain infiltrate. Then one should introduce a sclerosing agent into central vein of teleangiectasia till complete forcing out the blood out of capillaries to carry out immediate elastic bandaging by applying a porolonic pad for the compression of sclerosing area.
