<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a data authentication part and an inter-apparatus authentication part into an integrated circuit without increasing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: the data authentication part 11 configured on a chip, for authenticating data and decrypting the encrypted data from a source apparatus; the inter-apparatus authentication part 12 configured on the chip, for performing authentication between apparatuses with the source apparatus; and power supply parts 31-33 capable of individually controlling power to be supplied to the data authentication part and power to be supplied to the inter-apparatus authentication part and supplying a power supply voltage to the inter-apparatus authentication part at least when the inter-apparatus authentication part performs the authentication with the source apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
