PURPOSE:To apply a voltage to generate buzzer sounding and face luminescence, by compounding the piezoelectric buzzer and the electroluminescence on the dielectric ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:PbZrO3 powder and PbTiO3 powder are so mixed that they become the Pb (Ti0.48Zr0.52)O3 solid solution finally, and silver electrode 2 is printed onto one face after temporary burn, pulverization, press molding, and main burn, and phosphor layer 3 consisting of ZnS with 3wt% MnO mixed is provided in the center on the other face of piezoelectric porcelain 1, and transparent electrode 4 is vapor-deposited onto layer 3. Silver electrode 5 is provided on the outside circumference of phosphor layer 3 and transparent electrode 4 through an insulating narrow groove, and further, metallic plate 6 is stuck to silver electrode 2 by the conductive adhesive to compound piezoelectric buzzer B and electroluminescence EL. This composite material is put in a proper resonance box, and a voltage is applied between metallic plate 6 and transparent electrode 4 to excite phosphor layer 3, and the light is emitted through transparent electrode 4. |
