PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically ordering/manufacturing parts using a JIT(Just In Time) system are provided to enable an order company, a sale shop, and a part shop to efficiently manage stock of materials/parts and automatically order/manufacture/deliver the part by sharing production plan and information for stock/manufacturing/delivery after connecting to the JIT system through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A database(320) stores a production plan quantity, and a parts use and the stock of each product inputted through an order company system, and the stock, a requested private purchased material quantity, and a manufacture request quantity inputted through a part shop system and a sale shop system. A processing server(310) makes the part manufactured by calculating a private purchased material fixed to each part shop based on the requested private purchased material quantity and the stock stored in the database, and transmitting the fixed private purchased material quantity/requested manufacture quantity information to the part shop system and the sale shop system, and makes the produced parts delivered to the order company.
