PURPOSE: A laser beam positioning apparatus is provided to maintain a temperature of a motor constantly irrespectively of an outer air change or a local temperature change due to a convection of heat. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam positioning apparatus includes a mirror(11a) reflecting a laser beam, a motor(13a,13b) adjusting an angle of the mirror, a body(70), a sealing member(30a,30b), and a heater(51a). The motor is installed on the body. The sealing member encloses a housing of the motor. The heater heats the sealing member.
