OLED DRIVING DEVICE USING AMORPHOUS-SILICON TRANSISTOR AND DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) driving device using amorphous-silicon transistor and display panel and display device having the same are provided to reduce the fabricating cost by forming a driving element with the amorphous-silicon transistor. CONSTITUTION: An OLED driving device includes a storage capacitor, a first switching element, a second switching element, and a driving element. The first switching element includes a first stage connected to scan lines, a second stage connected to data lines, and a third stage. A data signal is outputted to one end of the storage capacitor via a third stage. The second switching element outputs a first reference voltage of the second stage to the other end of the storage capacitor via the third stage according to activation of scan lines. The first stage and the second stage of the driving element are connected to both ends of the storage capacitor. The driving element supplies current to emit the OLED by controlling a bias voltage level via the third stage.
