PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device capable of smoothly opening/closing a pressure door. SOLUTION: This opening/closing device for the pressure door for opening/closing a pressure chamber is provided with a hydraulic rotary actuator 11 rotated together with the pressure door; a closed circuit 21 for leading an operating fluid (a hydraulic fluid) supplied to and discharged from the rotary actuator 11; a throttle 22 applying resistance to the operating fluid flowing in the closed circuit 21; a bypass passage 23 making a detour around the throttle 22 to lead the operating fluid supplied to and discharged from the rotary actuator 11; and a stop valve 24 for opening/closing the bypass passage 23.
