PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent birds such as crows, pigeons, Japanese sparrows, herons, seagulls from coming flying to fields, garbage repositories, buildings, culturing ponds, and the like, and prevent damage by birds. SOLUTION: A device for preventing birds which come flying through the air is composed of a horizontal rope 17 slightly horizontally stretched, a free pipe 14 inserted into the horizontal rope 17 and rotatably held in the circumferential direct, a hanging-down cord 13 in which the upper end is bound to the slightly center of the free pipe 14 and a long and narrow metallic reflecting piece 11 whose upper part is connected to the lower end of the hanging-down cord 13.
