<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane polyimide heater with flexibility capable of being curved/deformed in accordance with a surface shape of a body to be heated, and excellent in thermal efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the plane polyamide heater, a heating element made of a metal in the shape of a line or a sheet is thermo-compression bonded between thermally fusible multilayered films made of thermally fusible polyimide and highly heat-resistant polyimide bonded together, so that spaces other than the metal of the heating element are filled with the thermally fusible multilayered films. For example, first, the metal foil of a laminate having a thermally fusible multilatered polyamide film and a metal foil is etched into a circuit, second, the laminate and another thermally fusible multilayered polyimide film are vacuum-thermo-compression bonded together into a new laminate.
