PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high precision molecular computer using an mRNA translation system. SOLUTION: The molecular computer executes data processing by using data processing methods including a step to convert input data into a base sequence and synthesize an mRNA with the base sequence, a step to translate an mRNA with an mRNA translation device by using a tRNA group including a tRNA corresponding to an extended codon designed to encode a state transition function of limited automaton, and a step to judge whether output of the limited automaton is received or not by analyzing the translation result.
