PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-speed traveling accelerator controlling device and a controlling method thereof, shifting from normal traveling to constant-speed traveling with a simple operation, preventing accelerator from being influenced by undulations of a road and uneven spots of a road surface, suppressing deterioration in fuel consumption, and enabling easy driving. SOLUTION: When switching on an accelerator controlling switch 3, determination is made on the basis of information from an accelerator opening sensor 2 and/or a vehicular speed sensor 4. When an accelerator opening and/or vehicular speed is within a specified range, constant-speed traveling is carried out by fixing the accelerator opening and/or the vehicular speed at an established value.
