A packaging bag for especially containing a transluminal, enteral nutrient, a transluminal, enteral liquid food, or the like. The packaging bag is formed by sealing the circumferential part of a plurality of film pieces, fixing an injection opening member to one side, and fixing a delivery opening member independently from the injection opening member. The injection opening member comprises a cap consisting of a top surface part and an internally threaded outer circumferential part hanging downward from the circumferential edge of the top surface part, and an externally threaded injection opening part constituting an injection opening, characterized in that an annular protrusion being applied tightly or fitted to the inner circumferential surface side or the outer circumferential surface side at the forward end part of the injection opening part is provided on the inner surface of the cap.
