PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts to simplify a structure by disposing a speed reduction mechanism and a clutch mechanism on a drive shaft of a drive motor operating to drive a drive drum, and to minimize a driving device by disposing the drive motor, the speed reduction mechanism and the clutch mechanism on an inner diameter side of the drive drum. SOLUTION: The speed reduction mechanism 8 and the clutch mechanism 9 are disposed on the drive shaft 7 included in the drive motor 6.
