SOLUTION: This data transmission system is provided with a plurality of requesters 201a transmitting a data transmission request and performing data transfer if it is authorized, a transfer controller 203 receiving a data transfer request from a plurality of requesters, deciding an authorized data transfer request by performing arbitration of the received data transfer requests, and transmitting a transfer instruction at predetermined timing, a network 201 receiving the transfer instruction and transferring data from the authorized requester on the basis of the transfer instruction, and a memory 204a having a plurality of modules each having a data input/output part and receiving the transfer instruction for receiving the transfer data from the network on the basis of the transmission instruction.
