PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting apparatus, capable of preventing the adjacent conductor members from abutting on each other. SOLUTION: A zebra rubber 100 abutting on an input electrode of a liquid crystal panel and an output electrode of a module to electrically connect both electronic devices, comprises a bar like silicone rubber 10, a plurality of gold wires 20 arranged on the outer circumference of the bar like silicone rubber 10, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bar like silicone rubber 10, and at a predetermined interval in between, and a linear silicone rubber 30 provided on the outer circumference of the bar like silicone rubber 10 between one of adjacent gold wires 20 and the other of the adjacent gold wires 20. The linear silicone rubber 30 is used to separate one of the adjacent gold wires 20 from the other of the adjacent gold wires 20, suppressing the gold wire 20 from shifting in the longitudinal direction of the bar like silicone rubber 10.
