PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential filter circuit which eliminates a normal mode noise and a common mode noise. SOLUTION: A primary differential low pass filter has a first resistor R1 connected between a first input terminal IN1 and a first output terminal OUT1, a second resistor R2 having the same resistor value as the first resistor R1 connected between a second input terminal IN2 and a second output terminal OUT2, a first capacitor C1 connected between the first input terminal IN1 and a reference potential, a second capacitor C2 having the same capacity value as the first capacitor C1 connected between the second output terminal IN2 and the reference potential, and a third capacitor C3 connected between the first output terminal OUT1 and the second output terminal IN2.
