PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a troublesome operation is required as such a sealing tape is peeled midway, the sealing tape is cut by a cutter or the like and flaps are opened when a packing apparatus is unsealed to write the date of sale regarded as the initial day of a warranty period, the name of a shop or the like on a guarantee card, which is attached printed matter, at the time of sales. SOLUTION: The packing apparatus (2) includes an outer carton case (4) and an inner carton case (6) placed inside the outer carton case. An opening (14) and a hanging piece (16) formed to be foldable inwardly from the upper end of the opening are formed on a sidewall (10) of the outer carton case. A holding means (20) for holding the attached printed matter (18) is provided outside a side face (17) of the inner carton case. The printed matter is held in the holding means, the inner carton case is located inside the outer carton case so that the sidewall equipped with the opening and the side face equipped with the holding means are opposed.
