PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electromagnetic vibrating device, in which a predetermined vibration is produced and a stable mass production becomes possible. SOLUTION: A rod-like iron core portion 11C is inserted through and fixed to a through hole of an exciting coil 13. The recessed iron core 11 made of a soft magnetic material and having a high permeability, which has a first standing-up section 11A and a second standing-up section 11B parallelly at both ends, and a plate iron piece 15 made of a soft magnetic material, which has a higher hardness, a higher elasticity, and a higher permeability than the recessed iron core 11, are provided. The plate iron piece 15 is fixed at one end portion 15a to a top face of the first standing-up section 11A of the recessed iron core 11, an intermediate opposed portion 15C confronts a top face of the second standing-up section 11B to constitute a magnetic gap section, and at the same time, the other end portion 15B of the iron piece 15 becomes an attachment part. A vibration is generated by a spring power of the plate iron piece 15 and a suction force of an intermittent magnetic flux generated in a magnetic circuit by a pulsed current supplied to the exciting coil 13.
