The toothpaste tube (6) is inserted into an adapter (13) and positioned upside down in a housing (1) between two inflatable bags (5). The bags (5) are connected to an air pump positioned under the outlet. The pump is activated by the toothbrush pushing against a sliding plate (8) serving as a lid and provided with a vertical extension pushing against the pump. A measured quantity of toothpaste is squeezed out by the inflated bags (5) as long as the brush is kept in position.
