PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a part of a blade of a polymer material capable of changing the shape by applying the voltage, and to arbitrarily change the shape of the blade in response to the change of an operational point of an impeller. SOLUTION: A part of a blade 3 is formed of a polymer material capable of changing the shape of the blade by applying the voltage so that an optimum operational point is arbitrarily changed.
