PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system for supplying more valuable information to an operator. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a position detection means for detecting a present position in a predetermined traveling pathway and an information means before operation starting for informing an operator that the present position is before starting of a fixed operation when the information means determines that the present position is the preparatory position of a fixed operation in the predetermined traveling pathway in a navigation system for providing an operator in an operation vehicle for carrying out an operation while traveling in a fixed site with operation information.
