PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which no variation occurs in the pressing force of a magnet piece when regulating the magnet piece, with no adjoining magnet piece affected by the defectiveness. SOLUTION: Punching parts 30 penetrating in axial direction are formed with almost constant spaces at annular leaf springs 2 and 5. At least one stepped protrusion 8 is formed to be protruded on a magnet piece 4 side, being a remaining part 6 on the inner diameter or outer diameter side of the punching part 30.
