<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and simplify an operation. <P>SOLUTION: Switches 44a-44c, to be operated in parallel with a display base plate 42 arranged behind display means (LEDs 43a-43e), are arranged, and also operation parts 47a-47c of the switches 44a-44c are arranged on a surface of an opposed casing 11. The operation parts 47a-47c and the display means (LED 43a-43e) are arranged on different surfaces intersecting one another in the casing 11.
