A method of making dough including dosing of water, flour and other solid components in a finely-dispersed phase and liquid components into a chamber with an outlet opening for component mixture, mixing the components, removing the mixture obtained through the outlet opening and accumulating the mixture, while dosing into the chamber, the liquid components are dispersed in the chamber, mixing of the components is carried out while dosing into the chamber by means of injecting the particles of the components into the space of the chamber ensuring spraying thereof and creating a disperse system of suspended particles in a gaseous medium, flows of suspended particles are created, prior to the accumulation of the mixture it is separated of the gas, the mixture obtained is a totality of particles, at least part of which looks like granules of homogenous mixture of all of the components, whereupon the mixture is additionally mixed, adding at least one liquid component, and/or it is compressed. A method of making dough which includes dosing of water, flour and other solid components in a finely-dispersed phase and liquid components into a chamber with an outlet opening for component mixture, mixing the components, removing the mixture obtained through the outlet opening and accumulating the mixture, a gas flow is formed at angle to the vertical line, while dosing into the chamber, theliquid components are dispersed in the chamber, mixing of the components is carried out while dosing into the chamber by means of injecting the particles of the components into the above-mentioned flow ensuring spraying thereof and creating a disperse system of suspended particles moving in gas flow, the gas and suspended particles flow is created by a system of fans, distributed along the length of the chamber, prior to the accumulation of the mixture it is separated of the gas, the mixture obtained is a totality of particles, at least part of which looks like granules of homogenous mixture of all of the components, whereupon the mixture is additionally mixed, adding at least one liquid component, and/or it is compressed.
